Ftp Site Access

You may access the site one of two ways either click on this link or copy it to the address bar on your internet explorer. Note the "ftp" replaces the typical "http" in the address bar.

ftp://kristinc@67.15.255.7

Please contact me for the username and password which I will supervise.

Once you enter this it will direct you to the ftp site. You should see the site as folders much like one would see when using windows explorer.

Please note due to the internet explorer 7 update you may not be able to view the page in folder view there are two ways to combat this:

Option 1
Open windows explorer (my documents or any file access folder) In the address bar put in the ftp address ftp://kristinc@67.15.255.7 It will immediately ask for username and password and you will view the ftp site in folder view. You can also put this in favorites as a location.

Option 2
If you follow the link ftp://kristinc@67.15.255.7    see the advice on the page "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer." In this case go to the page icon on the far right corner and select the pull down and "open Ftp site in windows explorer" It will then redirect you and will ask you for the login and password again. Please note save the password so that when you do this again it remembers you and you do not have to know the information each time. You should then see the site properly as a windows explorer folder. Note internet explorer should automatically sign in and jump to folder view if you go back to the link of the site so save it to your favorites.

At this point you can now go to the Ultratone folder and drag the files onto your desktop much like one does on windows explorer. Please leave the other information on the site alone as they are inherent to the ftp site. Please do not delete the files as they will be permanently deleted.

If for some reason you have a further problem please contact me. One can select login as under File if your computer already has ftp names remembered and there is a conflict when you jump to the windows explorer folder view. Please note ftp does NOT work well with Mac.
